Anil is the Founder of Festive, an IT & Cyber security engineering leader by profession, worked in executive leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, currently working for one of the largest financial institutions in USA. Successfully implemented simple technology solutions to solve complex problems at scale through out corporate career, has personal satisfaction that the work he contributed all along has touched millions of users and provided a significantly better experience. Living in USA with his wife and two kids, firmly believes in nurturing relationships matters with a pay it forward mindset. He helps us set a vision and has put together a passionate team that’s driven to make a positive contribution in making our customers experience a joyful one. Aside from his corporate career and helping Festive team, he loves to travel, plays board games with friends & family and enjoys a hanging out with loved ones. With a vast experience of over 15 years in the publishing industry, Kshitish has worked with some of the leading publishers of children books, comics, and graphic novels in different profiles. He is passionate about Indian epics, culture and has a flair for research and planning. He has collaborated with some of the most talented artists in the children publishing and comic book industry. His diverse experience and passion for Indian culture make him the ideal person to visualize the content and lead the editorial and creative teams of Festive. Kshitish is an award-winning author who won an award for his graphic novels on Lord Shiva and has also written a successful rom-com novel for young adults. He is a fan of detective fiction and enjoys cricket.

Phani is our Head of Technology who has worked for around 15 years in various roles in different companies. He has successfully delivered several projects ranging from simple web, mobile & e-commerce apps to an entire custom ERP solution. He has worked for a company that was later acquired by Snap-deal. He believes in a let’s get going and get it done mindset. He is practical and can execute projects on a shoestring budget. He currently lives in Hyderabad and has been blessed with a daughter six months ago. He loves to paint in his free time and is passionate about photography.

Divya Dubey is a freelance book editor, writer, and reviewer, and has been a part of the publishing industry for twenty years. She edits both fiction (literary and commercial) and general non-fiction. Occasionally, she freelances for some of the best publishing companies in India, including Penguin Random House. She is also the former publisher and editor-in-chief of Gyaana Books, and Earthen Lamp Journal – an international literary e-zine from India (2013-18). She was a finalist for the British Council Young Creative Entrepreneur Award, Publishing, 2010. Her hobbies include painting furniture, interior styling, tarot reading, and reading crime fiction.

Khyati Bisht is an India-based art educator and an illustrator. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art from Jamia Millia Islamia and went on to obtain an M.A in drawing and painting later. Khyati has worked as an Art teacher in Amity International school and Assistant lecturer of Fine Art at Lovely Professional University and taught illustrations and advertising theory. She has worked on digital platforms, doing much of her illustration work for the educational market. Khyati has worked for various Ed-tech companies to create educational videos, children's storybooks, and several teenage books & magazines to feature a wide variety of visual narratives. Khyati loves solo traveling, exploring off-beat destinations close to nature, meditation, and practicing healing.

Neha is passionate when it comes to designs and has a flair to come up with eye-catching visuals. She has vast work experience in leading teams that came up with contemporary designs for websites, digital marketing, social media posts, books, posters, magazines, promotional material, and product packaging. She specializes in corporate communications and transforming organizations into visual brands. Currently, she is leading the design team at Festive. She loves spending time with her family and playing with her pet dog. She works with an NGO and likes to take care of stray dogs.

Surojit Bhattacharjee, is a veteran children's book illustrator with a vast experience of over 18 years. Born in a small town of Assam, he pursued a Diploma in Fine Arts there and relocated to Delhi in 2003 to start a career as an illustrator in children’s books. Currently, he is associated with several publishing and non-publishing organizations as a freelance illustrator. He is a prolific illustrator who has completed over 1000 books across all age groups. He has worked with some of the reputed brands including HarperCollins, Macmillan, Indianicca, Oxford, VK Global, Concept Kanva, Acid, Contentra. Surojit is also an avid painter and writes short stories for magazines.

Rishi is a versatile artist with over two decades of experience in the creative industry. He started his career as a classical Animator in 2002. An opportunity from the publishing industry enabled Rishi to explore and redefine himself as an Illustrator for children’s books. He specializes in illustrative storytelling, concept arts, spot arts, line drawings, novelty books, and graphic novels. After working in the corporate sector for over a decade, Rishi now works with a diverse clientele as a freelance illustrator and consulting art editor. He has a constant yearning to develop new art styles and to capture a child’s subtle imagination. Rishi is a deeply spiritual person who enjoys reading scriptures and other spiritual books. He is a vocalist and sings devotional songs.

Shubha Vilas is a lifestyle coach, storyteller and author. He studied patent law after completing his engineering degree but finally chose the path of a spiritual seeker. Ramayana: The Game of Life is his bestselling series. He’s also the author of Open-Eyed Meditations, Mystical Tales for a Magical Life and Perfect Love: 5.5 Ways to a Lasting Relationship. The focus of his work is the application of scriptural wisdom to day-to-day life and addressing the needs of corporates and the youth through thought-provoking seminars. He has delivered more than 5000 talks, inspiring more than 5,25,000 people, across twenty countries in last ten years. He is also a visiting faculty at several premiere business management schools in India including the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai. He has also been a guest speaker at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston; Dresden International University, Germany; WITS, Johannesburg; and several centres of Indian Institute of Technology in India. He is on the advisory board of MIT Pune's online education system. He has also spoken at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung at their world headquarters at USA.

Ved Prakash is a prolific illustrator and comic book artist from India. A self-tutored artist, Ved honed his craft by interning under some leading artists of the Indian comic book industry. In the past decade, he has worked with leading comic book publishing houses like Raj Comics, Vimanika Comics, Pratilipi Comics, and Friction Comics. He has also illustrated several children's books and has worked with several publishers around the globe. He specializes in historical stories and epics but is equally adept in exploring the fantasy genre. In his spare time, Ved likes to read stories to his daughters and take his family on vacations.

Vanaja is diligent, responsive and extremely organized, helps us with administrative work, brand outreach, customer service and day to day operations from our India office. Mom to a 3 year old boy, living in Hyderabad along with her husband, hobbies include making do it yourself kits for kids, loves to hangout with friends and family.
